Privacy Policy

• When you order: your name, mobile number, email address (optional) and delivery address, the pieces you ordered and how you chose to pay.
• When you sign in with Google: Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us, and confirms your email is verified. We use them only to create your account, link your orders to it and fill in your details at checkout. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail, contacts or any other Google data.
• When you pay online: payment is made on Razorpay’s secure page. We receive a payment reference and status from Razorpay; we never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
• When you write to us: what you send in your email or message.
• When you browse: our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Your bag, saved items and recent searches are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they are there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you place an order, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings. When you sign in, we set one secure cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; signing out removes it. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

• to process, pack, ship and deliver your order;
• to contact you about your order, delivery, returns or refunds;
• to answer your questions and provide customer support;
• to prevent fraud and keep the site secure;
• to keep the records the law requires, such as for tax.

We share your information only with the services needed to complete your order:

• Razorpay, to process online payments and refunds;
• Courier partners, who receive your name, address and mobile number to deliver your parcel;
• Google, if you choose to sign in with your Google account;
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores order records securely.

We may also disclose information when required by law or by a government authority. We never sell or rent your information.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted. To delete your account, write to swagvashtra@gmail.com from the email you signed in with.

The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, order records are stored with restricted access, and payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it for your order or the law. Write to swagvashtra@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Orders must be placed by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
