Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to addresses across India. Checkout asks for a 6-digit Indian PIN code. We do not ship outside India at present.

Delivery is ₹150 for every 500 g of parcel weight. Each piece counts as 500 g, so one piece ships for ₹150 and two ship for ₹300.

The exact charge is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. There are no other charges.

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 3–5 working days of being placed. Most parcels then arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery to remote areas, or during festivals, sales, bad weather or courier disruptions, can take longer. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Pay online through Razorpay with UPI, a debit or credit card, netbanking or a wallet, or choose cash on delivery and pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page and never reach this site.

Every order gets a number starting with SV-, shown when you place it. Once your parcel is dispatched we share the courier’s tracking details on the mobile number or email you gave at checkout. For an update at any time, write to swagvashtra@gmail.com with your order number.

Please make sure the address, PIN code and mobile number are correct. If the courier cannot deliver after its attempts, or a cash on delivery order is refused, the parcel comes back to us. Prepaid orders returned this way are refunded minus the delivery charge; re-sending is possible at a fresh delivery charge.

If the parcel looks tampered with or damaged, please note it with the courier if you can and tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. See our returns & refunds policy for what happens next.
